The company was founded in 2014 by Amin Guellil in Berlin and has since expanded its reach across Germany and Europe. With a team of over 50 employees and over 48,000 students, UCM has already served more than 6,000 customers, including well-known companies such as Samsung, Facebook, Lufthansa and sky.
UCM’s success story can be attributed to the diverse background of its founder, Amin Guellil. Amin founded the company when he was just 25 years old. During his studies, he worked as a bartender and trade show host and is fluent in five languages. Amin understands the challenges of human resource management from both the employer’s and the employee’s perspective. His dissatisfaction with the status quo inspired him to found UCM and optimize its recruitment and event management services.
