To achieve this goal, a total of 100 promoters were deployed across Berlin. They worked hard to attract visitors’ attention and motivated them to take part in the event. The special feature of the campaign was the extensive and quickly required logistics around the event, including booths, materials and thousands of publications.
The promoters we hired distributed flyers and other promotional materials to attract visitors’ attention. Part of this Berlin promotion was to explain the concept of the art project and ask visitors to write down a short testimonial. These testimonials later became part of the artwork presented as part of the anniversary.
The Berlin promotion campaign was a great success and collected a large number of testimonials. The extensive logistics and hard work of the promoters helped the campaign run smoothly.
The promotion is a beautiful example of an effective and well-organized campaign.
