From 2017 to 2022, we carried out a successful nationwide campaign for our customer in order to achieve significant growth in the number of interested parties in their customer card program. Our goal was to expand the customer base and promote customer loyalty by presenting exclusive benefits and discounts to new cardholders.
The long-term promotional project was a challenge because it required long-term and location-independent collaboration with various service providers. However, through the standardization and continuous expansion of our employee tool, which enables effective communication and collaboration with service providers, we were able to master this action and carry out the project smoothly.
The staffing aspect of this long-term doctoral project was increasingly demanding. We needed to ensure we had enough staff available for regular appointments, which we achieved by using a calendar system that allowed us to plan appointments and commitments in advance. We also had to be prepared for ad hoc staffing, especially if other service providers were unavailable. This required a flexible approach to staffing and the ability to quickly find replacements.
As part of our efforts to continuously improve the project, we focused on standardizing and expanding our employee tool. This allowed us to streamline the communication process and provide the necessary tools and information to carry out their tasks effectively.
In summary, the loyalty card promotion was a successful, long-term project that required a lot of flexibility and collaboration. However, through effective communication, standardization and the dynamic expansion of our employee tool, we were able to overcome the challenges and achieve our goal of expanding the customer base and strengthening loyalty.
