First Class App Promotion

Promotion of a new function in the Luca app

We have been commissioned to provide App Promotion for the new fintech product, “luca Pay”, developed by culture4life GmbH. This innovative way of payment allows guests to pay their restaurant bill directly in the app, without waiting for the waiter or worrying about bill splitting. The Approach

For our students, the payment app “luca Pay” was an attractive product for app promotion.

The biggest challenge with this project was the short notice with which the promo had to be completed. As part of the sales promotion, around 17,000 restaurants in three cities were to be targeted – in just three weeks.

In order to be able to acquire a large number of qualified students in the shortest possible time, the advantages of the project had to be clearly communicated both in direct dialogue with our employees and via our social media channels.

The Result

With “luca Pay” as an attractive promotional product in which the students even worked outside, received an above-average salary and the timing was flexible, we were able to get 250 students excited about the job.

The 100 promoters in Berlin and Hamburg and the 50 promoters in Rostock each had 50 hours available for 96 catering establishments. A video production demo should be presented and goodie bags distributed to each company.

Once again, the project became more complex due to the short duration: no-shows and absences due to illness made it difficult to complete the promotional job quickly. Through efficient restructuring and compensation, we were still able to complete the project on time.

17,000 restaurants, 3 cities, 250 students, 21 days – we made it possible.
